Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days. tablegame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed; (b) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn; (d) tablegame reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits in accordance with its internal risk management policies.
tablegame is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. tablegame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the account holder.
tablegame does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside tablegame's control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
tablegame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
tablegame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.
6. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

tablegame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tablegame.asia/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering an account on tablegame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
tablegame may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), PAGCOR, or other competent Philippine regulatory authorities.
11. Suspension & Termination
tablegame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) tablegame is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) tablegame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; (d) your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your tablegame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are residents of Metro Manila agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City or Pasig City.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent tablegame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
13. Amendments to These Terms
